👉 You're looking for regular connection with others who truly understand your experience

👉 You want practical strategies that honor the autism and challenge the eating disorder

👉 You want ongoing support without committing to an intensive program

👉 You're seeking a space where autistic traits are recognized, not pathologized

Client testimonial:

Livia changed my life. As an autistic person that has ED lived experience, she truly 'gets it' like no one else I worked with before. She understands the unique struggles when autism and eating disorders overlap and has genius insights on challenging the eating disorder while embracing the autism. Her guidance helped me break free from rigid patterns while keeping my need for structure and routine. I learned to trust parts of myself that I had pushed away for years. I finally feel confident about my recovery and I couldn’t have done it without her.

What is the Autistically ED-Free Membership?

The Autistically ED-Free Membership is an online safe space where autistic individuals and their supporters come together to learn, inspire, and discover non-traditional ways to recover from disordered eating.

I, Livia Sara, was forced in and out of eating disorder treatment for several years before being written off by the "professionals" with the labels "too complex," "manipulative," and "a hopeless case." I was told I didn't want to recover and that an eating disorder was just something I was going to have to "manage" for the rest of my life.

It wasn't until I discovered I am autistic that it became clear to me why all the attempts to "treat" my eating disorder never worked – in fact, they had only made my eating disorder WORSE!

My autism discovery gave me the permission slip I needed to recover on my own terms. It allowed me to separate autistic traits from eating disorder behaviors. Through working with countless autistic ED warriors and their loved ones, I've discovered the power of connection.

Knowing that you're not alone, that there are other people who understand, that there are people just like you who have overcome the very obstacles you currently face – gives you the motivation to keep following that light at the end of the tunnel. The light is there, even if you can't quite see it yet 🌟

Client testimonial:

The sessions and times I had worked with Livia are going to be one of the most valuable experiences I have done. She is extremely knowledgeable in both ED and ASD. This is very very rare and she has a gift to explain to me in an angle I have not been able to see and know. If I have to use one word to describe our relationship, I would use the word – connection! True connection is always missing in many relationships and even to ourselves.

Connect and Recover

Academy participant:

I learnt so much that I never knew about autism and eating disorders even after years of being in both communities online. Explanations as to why I struggle with certain behaviours and situation, how our brains and bodies work, and techniques to help move away from needing an eating disorder to handle the world. I struggle to justify spending money on myself but I’m so glad I spent this money. Thank you Livia!
